As i began to make shoes, these words started to visit me often. God started to show me that these shoes were more than adorable :) they were useful to spread the Gospel.  Some things to know about and pray for Jordan:

"My name is Jordan and I recently graduated from the University of
Illinois at Chicago with a degree in Elementary Education.  I am
excited to start this next chapter of my life!  After much thought and
prayer I have decided to commit a year to ministry on college campuses
through an internship with Campus Crusade for Christ on the Chicago
Metro Team.



Campus Crusade is a faith-based, non-profit organization that focuses
on helping college students WALK by faith, COMMUNICATE their faith,
and MULTIPLY their faith.  As a student, I was very involved in CRU at
UIC and grew in my relationship with the Lord.  I was able to be
mentored by amazing women who truly challenged me in my faith and
helped me to make decisions for my life that were God-centered.

My hope is that I can be a mentor to college girls and make a
difference in their lives. 

I will be working one-on-one with college
girls, leading bible studies, sharing my faith with students,
assisting other CRU staff with managing movements on campuses,
planning outreaches, and attending conferences that include: Fall
Retreat, INDY CC Winter Conference, Big Break Spring Break Trip, and
staffing a Summer Project."

I wonder if you have anything arts, musicality, writing, inventions etc. you've started, but for whatever reason had to place it aside for awhile, don't be discouraged b/c you could pick it back up again. That's how I feel about art. It cycles around. Lately my art life seems to be building and i really love that.

Here are a couple projects I've done for friends:

This a restored piece. A friend found this lovely fur flower in her grandma's things and we turned it into a hair clip.

These were a requested gift set designed for a fashion savvy mother and baby :)

This may be my favorite piece, the color has a lot to do with it!
